excellent in room cleaning. Although the air temperature was over 40 degrees, we were able to get a deep and good sleep thanks to the air conditioner. The cleaning staff are very respectful and do their job very well. The breakfast is very nice and hygienic, there is almost everything you could want to eat. The receptionists are smiling and friendly 24 hours a day. There is also an attendant at the pool, but the pool is medium and I think it's a bit small for this hotel. There is a parking area attached to the hotel for security, but we had a hard time driving on the streets because of the cars parked on both sides of the street. In short, this hotel deserves 5 stars. thanks for everything. Robin

+ hotel is next to the beach + very friendly personnel + parking available for 20€ a day + breakfast from 7:30 till 10:00 all good only the bread is sometimes not fresh but then you can take the fresh croissants instead + private pool with life gaurd watching over the kids :) + automatic airco when closing the window. Works perfectly - Fridge a bit small, works sometimes and some days not. If we come back to Rimini it will be this hotel, great experience.

Not 4 stars hotel. Pool was closed. Old and very very small room. Super tiny bathroom. Breakfast wasn't good. Didn't have variety of food, at least you could have served a good coffee for breakfast but no, you have to make it from automatic machine, taste unlikely coffee. Male staffs were nice, young female staff was nice, unlikely older woman staff at the reception. One good point is close to the beach. And that's only a good one about this place. Shame i booked it as i thought it would be 4 stars and my stay wouldn't be a mess.

Sadly, this is not a 4 star hotel. There is nothing that would warrant 4 stars. The room was clean and relatively spacious. The price was right but that made more sense after check-in. The biggest issue? Everything has a fee. From renting a space on the beach at 15 Euro, to renting a towel for 5 euro, and even the continental breakfast in the morning came with a fee. All the feels are carried into the off-season (when we visited in September.) Then there was the shoddy internet, 6 megabit on the download, however spotty and intermittent with almost no range. We discovered rather unfortunately that without the key placed into the wall, there is ZERO power to the hotel room (this is a really cheap move in the name of power saving.) What this means is you cannot charge your phone, your electric shaver, OR EVEN RUN THE AC while you are out of the room. This to me is unacceptable and makes the hotel a 3 star and nothing more. The location is fantastic, and the balcony was much appreciated, however this is a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but that's mostly what we paid for it felt like.

I stayed in this hotel 3 days - September 19-22, 2021, room No. 102. From the first minute administrator in a reception started to fight with me. For the begining, he did not liked my Visa card. It tooks a while for to explain him and to show a Revolut app. Then, after one day, he decided to explain me, that my money, what I paid - worth nothing, because they are very small and not important to the hotel. I should be thankfull, that he let me to the palace. It means, ofcourse, that I am also worth nothing to this hotel. He humilated me and shouted loud through all the hall. It was so strange, I even thought, that this man maybe has a mental disability or other problems. I did not answered anything and later tried not to contact to this person in a reception. I do not respect business, where do not respect me. If you want to be respected - do not go to this hotel. Vilius
